I have this problem too, but here are a couple things that help. 1.Chew gum, if you like it.2. Brush your teeth and floss, but not too early, or your teeth will feel ready for food again.3. Drink hot tea. Cold drinks tend to leave the stomach feeling empty but the warmth of tea is satisfying. Also, the body sometimes mistakes thirst for hunger.
